Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar
Three years ago, Rick Tran was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from RID 4320. A UCI alumnus, Rick studied comparative literature at the Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso in Chile. Mr. Tran will soon begin his studies in the JD/PhD program at UC Berkeley. After being bilingually introduced by Frank Kawase, Rick showed us photographs, which testified to the variety and beauty of the Chilean landscape and the health of Rotary in that part of the world. The Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship program is a strong and very generous program of RI, which provides full support for foreign study for one or more years. Please see Frank for more information.
