Treasurer's Report: Mr. Kincaid reported:
- Checking $33,894; MMF $45,810; $79,704
- Donations will equal $30,000.
- Upcoming costs include the Top 100 dinner, track meets, and the Mexico trip.
- Letters went to members who are more than 90 days in arears. Two members paid within 48 hours. Will follow up with the president if he does not hear from the remaining members.
- It is estimated that the ending balance in the treasury will be $15,000.

Youth
- The high school track meet is on 3/31. Mike Oates is working on the health permits.
- The Top 100 dinners are April 25 for FUHS and May 2 for SHHS. Mike Oates is organizing sign-ups by tasks. Bill Peloquin will contact Fullerton South and invite their participation in the Top 100.
- RYLA is going through a selection process. Names should be submitted by April 1.

- Winston Creel stated that there was no new information, but acknowledged the great job done on the concert.

Club Service Membership
- New drafts of the brochures were reviewed.
- Attendance was discussed and lists were reviewed of members who missed three or four meetings in February. Bill Peloquin shared a report prepared by Bob Savage that lists all Rotarians' attendance rates for the year. Wally requested the list in order to recognize 100% attendees. Wally Bartelt will call sponsors of poor attendees and ask that they encourage them to attend more frequently.

Club Service Fellowship
- June 1 is the District Conference. Plans for a hospitality room are well under way. The three Fullerton clubs will host a room together. Tom Meyer is coordinating for our club.

International Service
- The Mexico trip is a go for this weekend, March 16-18. Jeff Hutchison and his superintendent will both attend. Rotarians should muster at Carl's Jr. in San Diego (maps distributed) at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16.
- The student exchange will be in town on June 23, 24, and 25. These international students have spent a year in the Midwest. Rotarians are needed to host students. The commitment is to provide a bed, breakfast and dinner.

- A sign up will be circulated tomorrow for a spring fellowship luncheon.

Old Business |
91 Freeway Clean Up Program: The Rotary Club has received no word back from Fullerton at this time. |
New Business |
- Rotaract Club at CSUF and Hope International.
This club will co-sponsor with the other Fullerton Clubs. The Rotaract Chapter would include CSUF, Hope International and School of Optometry.
- Humanitarian of the Year Award in memory of Steve Magliocco is being organized by Fullerton Sunrise. Applications were made available. The recipient may or may not be a Rotarian. The award will be presented in May.
- Saturday, March 31, Past International President Carlos Conseco will speak on Polio Plus from 8 a.m. to noon at the Salvation Army Center in Santa Ana.
- Rotary Awards submittals are due May 1. Winnie Houston has organized our submissions in the past.
- June 27 is Demotion Night at the Crown Plaza Resort in Anaheim/Garden Grove. The club will be dark that afternoon.

Community Investment Awards
- The committee report was presented with the recommendation of how to distribute the $30,000. Three quarters of the money will go to youth programs. Leroy Fulton moved and Winston Creel seconded the motion to accept the committee's recommendations. The recommendation was passed unanimously.
