Ken Kaisch had the winning ticket but the loosing answer.  He couldn’t give the winning percentage of the American League Western Division Champion Los Angeles Angels (580%).

Joke-a-thon

Prez Joyce started defending her own honor this week as she invited anyone to out tell her in a joke.   Bob Radde picked up the gauntlet, but gave her first crack in today’s contests.

Joyce’s joke was pretty darn funny and detailed a letter to the Tide detergent company from a happy consumer.

Bob’s joke was also funny and concerned an anecdote from the childhood memoirs of Mike Oates.

Although both jokes were awarded 5 stars, Bob suffered a one star deduction for a Mike Oates reference allowing Prez Joyce to win out.  (Especially since Joyce was the final judge. and who would ever tell a woman she was wrong..)

Prez Joyce wished the club better luck next week.
