As this editor of your weekly bulletin did not recognize anyone mentioned, she could no more reconstruct the question for you than Dennis could answer it. $10 was donated by Phil Strauss as a consolation prize.

Recognition
Jim Blackburn levied usury taxes against the following people:
* Allyn Lean for being honored by Lamda Alpha at Casa Mahoney for his actions in his profession - $25
* Gruff Duncan from Fullerton Civic Light Opera for the opening of Sound of Music, fine transferred to Harry Brown as his granddaughter is choreographer and also because NC State actually has a winning football team!
* Dr. Jo Brannock had a fairly big birthday and so got the $25 fine assessed twice
* Winston Creel had both a birthday and 36 year anniversary, congratulations and $18 to you Mr. Creel
* Franki Berry as a smart lady from Oklahoma only had to pay $25 for her birthday fine
* Bob Engemann received a senior citizen discount for his 82 birthday. Frankly if I could get to 82 as well as Mr. Engemann, I would happily pay double my age.

* Leroy Fulton has a reminder for his spousees birthday in the amount of $25

And if you missed the newest take on Drunk Driving and Scotch from the Cow please see Jim for a repeat of his jokes for the day!

Program
Michael Oates invoked Presidential Privilege to note that our missing Chuck Munson could not be here today to represent his platform for the City Council seat he is running for. He had to attend to one of his clients out of town, the National Football Players League. However, Buck Catlin had the privilege of introducing and directing a forum for four of the six candidates running for our City Council in November. They are Ralph Baker, Vance Blaisdell, Angela Chen, and Shawn Nelson. They were allowed an opening statement and then responded to questions about Coyote Hills, support of schools, direction they saw Fullerton going and much more....
