Secretary's Report: February Minutes were approved.
Proposed new member: Richard Daybill.
David Schoen: Day at the Races is set for 4/14, by Jim McKamy.
Rotary Day at Titan Baseball - 4/18.
President Mathy:
District Assembly to be held Saturday, April 3, at Chapman College.
Fullerton Rotary Family picnic - responsibility is by Sunrise; no date or place selected yet.
Top 100 is set for March 24th. Leslie McCarthy & Jim Thompson are taking care of the food; Jahncke printing certificates; Oates is taking care of frames. May 25 is Top 100 FUHS; March 27th is Track Meet.
Street Sign project by schools: We still need to get city approval to put up the signs. We would pay for signs and posts. Looking for Rotarians to accompany crew during installation.
Joyce Capelle: Fellowship Lunches by Mike Nomura.
Gregg Franklin: Membership Attendance was up to 71% last month.
Jim McKamy wanted feedback on Rotary Poker Night; he would like to do another event. Board was in favor.
Buck Catlin: Community Investment awards: He handed out a sheet showing 3 categories for donations - youth, community, and seniors, with a total of $24,000. Approved by Board.
Gregg Franklin: Fullerton Academy of the Arts would like to send 7 kids to Rotary District Singing Contest Our cost is $50 each, but we had approved a donation to the group for our concert performance. We can shift the funding to accommodate this event.
Ray Ashcroft pointed out the news releases that have taken place this year. Considering a re-release of the Jim Young / Paul Harris tape.
Next Meeting: April 13, 2003 - 7:30am, City Maintenance Facility (same place.)
