Rotary Sponsored High School Track Meet on Saturday, March 17
8:00am set-up (See Rick Crane)

Warren Wimer (wearing his "Lawyer Suit" for a change) stood in for Prez Scott Dowds and opened the meeting after a delicious lunch. He called upon Pastor Gene Appel from Eastside Christian Church to give the invocation, Gary Goodson to do the pledge and Nissa Newton to lead us in song. Her songs of choice were "My Country Tis' of Thee" and "Smile."

Acting Prez Wimer asked Bill McGarvey to say a few words about the passing of Dr. Bill Lenahan. The doctor brought Bill into our Rotary Club years ago and he said the doctor was a fabulous person and a great Rotarian.  Dr. Lenahan was Rotary president in 1961-62.
