Volume 63, Issue 35 Rota-Scribe: Dale Hardner

Pres. O'Bill turned meeting over to David O'Schoen giving both O'Pres. and the rest of O'us a most pleasant respite.

Messer.O'Wood, O'Ducan, O'Blackburn, O'Fulton, O'Young, accompanied by O'Panio-Ludwig belted out " When Irish eyes are smiling."

Dean O'Heiser lead us in the pledge.

Guests included Harry Kraemer and Bob McNutt from LaHabra and Big Bear. Others for whom, this scribe lost his notes. Yikes, the rewards of age.....my appologies.

On the plus side are two items of good news, noticeable by their absence: our favorite leprichon, Dick O' Boyle, and no finemaster.....Faithe and Begorrah!

Several Rotarians dressed approprately with the wearing of the green. Award of the greenest shirt goes to Buck Catlin.

Returning GSE Denise Hoguchi & Albert Coussa present Flags to David Schoen

Our entertainment included a preview of the up coming High School performance "The Mystery of Edwin Drood". Tim McDougle, Director of the troop and several of the actors/ singers performed four musical numbers.Tickets are available for Friday & Saturday March 26th & 27th.

Keith "O-Mills" tells us about his acting career

The second half of the entertainment, introduced by Leroy Fulton, was non-other than our own Keith Mills.

Keith's acting career started some 60 years ago. He was a Crittenton kid, adopted early on; he admits to being a type A, with a postgraduate diploma in ADD.

His first role was the lead in Hanzel and Grettle in 4th grade. In 5th grade he wrote a play. Surprisingly, he did not do well in military school, and considers himself a lifetime smart ass. Unfortunly time ran out when Keith was about to get into good stuff. We all suggested he give us an encore at a date to be named later.

Good program today....lots of business and lots of fun
